I enjoyed it. Excpet for al of the preteen girls in the audience giggling when there was kissing, and this girl who must have been ten having a conversation on her cell phone IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOVIE. seriously, what happened to manners? anyway the movie was excellent, just like the books.

FindingNamo, how the crap do you find my use of "boy" as "boi" offensive!? "Boi" is not a word that is used as an insult to someone, unlike "fag".

It doesn't matter why I find it offensive, what matters is I told you it's offensive to me. You can't have it both ways. You said I shouldn't say something because you find it offensive, I told you the same thing but because you don't understand why you find it offensive, you refused to comply.
Oh well, that's too bad. As a big old flaming fag, I have reclaimed the word that you said is used as an insult. Well, I use it as a badge of honor. Although judging from your posts I can see why people use it as an insult to you.
Since I don't have a pair of magic pants I can put on and use their magical powers to make you disappear, I'll put it this way.
Go away boi, you're bothering me.

Just saw the movie tonight. I thought it was cute, and it made me cry at times and smile at others. Saw it with 2 6th grade girls who both really enjoyed it as well.
Though I must say, I liked the book much better.
And I was excited to see the Harry Potter 4 trailer.

I was expecting the movie to be a big chunk of cliche crap....but I loved it. I cried. A lot. It was really good.
And I have to say, from reading endless threads around here, while I usually don't agree with Namo, ha cracks me up to no end. And that's a-ok with me.

I saw this a couple of days ago, I really liked it, it was cute. I suspend belief a bit when I watch these movies and it's fine. I feel at times it tried to be too melodramatic unncecessasrily, but there were certain moments that just really, I dunno reached out to me and I cried, I don't usually cry in movies.
Favorite quote from the movie(this got to me): Some people like to show their beauty so all the world can see. Others like to hide their beauty...so people will see something else(or something besides that, don't quite remember..)
