A GOP legislator in New Mexico has introduced a bill that would make it a felony for a victim of rape to get an abortion, classifying it as 'tampering with evidence'.

Aborting a rape baby doesn't ruin any evidence.
These people are crazy.

Anyone who thinks outlawing abortion rights and choice will stop abortions is not remembering history. Making abortion a crime will simply drive it underground where it was for a long time before 1973.
I know women who had illegal abortions in the 60s, and they were not pretty. I have also heard about a Park Avenue doctor who performed abortions in his office, but would only take very specific referrals. Still, he made a nice living.
Abortion will never go away, and the only people hurt by any outlawing of it will be the poor.
No one is "for" abortion. However, there are times and many reasons that you just have to have one.
