Posted: 8/5/10 at 3:42pmIt's not a surprise, and it's become a back-burner news topic, but Elena Kagan was just confirmed by the US Senate to the SCOTUS. Not sure of the final count, but it seemed like somewhere around 60 voted to confirm.
