Loved it! I was way up in the balcony. I'd never been in Carnagie Hall, so I was spellbound just walking to my seat. Her set was great. She basically talked non-stop for 2 1/2hrs. Having only seen her comedy specials, it was interesting how she basically rambled. She'd start topics only to abandon them and come back to them an hour later. About 45 minutes in she kept saying "we have so much to talk about" which made me excited cause it felt like the show hadn't even officially started yet. She was really great. I was engaged and I thought her doling out of political topics was pretty insightful. And stuff I didn't know. She didn't get to the Housewives, which I was looking forward to, but I wasn't even slightly disappointed. Her bit about people with a cracked phone screen and how they come across as crazy was a riot. Check out her tour. 80 Cities so she's gotta be coming near you.

Cool, glad you enjoyed it. I am in NYC, so this was the city near me. Kathy Griffin @ Carnegie Hall Unless she is coming to Philly later, which may be the city near me in the not-too-distant future, heh.

You missed her in Bethlehem, but could catch her in Red Bank or Morristown in April.

I didn't technically miss her this time. Money's tight, and I decided not to go. But I am glad to hear she isn't doing a forensic takedown of Housewives nuance anymore, since that is what turned me off the last time. I can laugh about lots of things I don't follow, but there was just that pocket where if you didn't know the show, it just made zero sense, heh.

FYI, Judd Apatow and his unspecified "Friends" is happening tomorrow at Carnegie Hall, and Adam Sandler just dropped in at the Comedy Cellar. These two things may have nothing in common, but in case anyone is interested... might be worth a shot.
