It starts at 8:30. Is anyone else going to tune in? I saw her on her Breakaway Tour this spring and she was great. I hear this tour is even better. Can't wait!

I'm definitely tuning in...as should all of you. 
She puts on an amazing show...I also saw her on the Breakaway Tour, and I have tickets for Hazel Eyes. Can't wait!

Posted: 7/17/05 at 9:41pmI agree, JohnPopa. She sounded great on some parts, but you can hear her voice is losing it a little. She needs voice lessons for stamina. Still...I'm mesmerized by the fact that someone could sing like her without any real voice lessons.

Posted: 7/17/05 at 9:53pmAnd so many of her songs are written to push her range that doing that night after night in a show where she's moving all over the place and under a LOT of really hot lights is going to run her down (especialy when you add the burden of living in hotels and on a bus for a year.) Seems like she needs to sing a bit more in the meat of her range in the studio so she's not killing herself trying to do so much in her live shows.

I don't think pushing her range would be such a problem if she learned how to do things without straining. If she isn't going to have those lessons, she definitely needs to stay in the middle of her range where everythings smooth and easy for her.
