Hey gang. It has been forever since I have posted anything at all. I am wondering if any of you fine wonderful people have any great photos of Polly as Flo from the tv show Alice? Guess who I am dressing up as for Halloween! I have found some good pix but have hit a road block. I wish Alice was airing in NYC sometime but it isn't. Anyhoo, I need some research and I thought maybe some of you are better at finding things online than I am. We can all post pictures of her here and then at Halloween I can post one of me as her.

Fun? Maybe?

Surely there are better pictures of her than I have found.

You could probably get a good wig at Ricky's. Hmmmm...Tight top with a big belt, false eyelashes....skinny cigarette pants or whatever they call those. She also wore a sort of pink ladies/members only jacket.

Brava, for retro drag. But Sherman, you're keeper of the All Things Agnes flame, so I'm just a teeny bit letdown you're not going as Endora or the backwoods housekeeper in HUSH, HUSH, SWEET CHARLOTTE. Or my favorite, the hypochondriac in POLLYANNA.

I knew a girl who was her dresser for a Guare show at Second Stage several years ago (Marco Polo Sings a Solo, maybe? Can't remember). She used to call her 'Po Ho', which tickles me to this day.

And I, in fact, saw that show. Po Ho played a woman who actually was a transsexual. A truly spectacular performance in an otherwise limp show.
