I am wondering how much Krispy Kreme donuts are around the world.

Here in Southampton, England they are:
1 Original £1.10 ($2)
1 ring £1.20 ($2.20)
1 filled £1.35 ($2.50)
1 dozen original £7.45 ($13.60)
! dozen assorted not sure??

Thanks in advance to anyone else who posts, I wonder how much they vary (England MUST be most expensive I guess)

Good God, people still eat those? They'll kill ya! And who in their right mind would pay $2+ for a donut?

Exactly-when the glazed ones come out of the oven, and you eat one while it's still hot, well, then I can excuse the ton of fat and sugar. But once it's cooled down, it's just as rotten as any donut and not worth $.50!

they are less than $2 here.

BUT I really thought the title of this thread implied you wanted us to stage an intervention.

I may need an intervention after next Tuesday when I collect 20 dozen for their FUND RAISING scheme.

I was just wondering about prices as I think it is expensive, especially when converted to dollars.

I haven't had Krispy Kreme in years but I remember it was $0.85. I don't know how much they are now.

I also remember 85 or 89 cents, but that was two years ago

When I was pregnant this guy in my office would bring in a couple dozen 2-3 days a week. I was like "YOU MUST STOP!!!" LOL

I have no idea how much they cost here.

According to the internet they run about $6- 6.75 a dozen, depending on where you are.

Oh, please. Its cheaper just to buy some wonder bread, roll it in canola oil and then dip it in a pile of powdered sugar. Viola! Your own Krispy Kreme donut...didn't even have to leave the house.
