AS a matter of fact - Disc 7 of the boxed set is all extras and I can't wait to watch it tonight - there's something called
"The genesis of Lost"...I'm looking very forward to that!

"I don't really get the ending,all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang,and later she kissed him on the toilet,after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung,and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen,and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady?Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

I watched the entire first season, and I liked it in the beginning, but then I got really frustrated with all the ideas that would be introduced and then shelved until they seemed to realize they brought something important up and then forgot about it. And the flashbacks were interesting for a while, but then they seemed to become filler for time when they ran out of ideas for scenes on the island. I think the creators thought they had a great idea and then discovered why Gilligan's Island was always about coconuts and pineapples. Maybe there is more to it, but to me, it seemed like a lot of diversionary tactics to avoid having to follow through with anything.

I've found myself getting involved with a lot of the characters. I get very pulled into their stories and become engrossed in what motivates them. In the second from last episode, when they are launching the raft - I got very emotional - It became a real family (dysfunctional at best) on the island and they were having to say their (possibly permanent) goodbyes...and the music is fantastic - it really sets the mood. I, for one, can't wait for season two!

I might like it better on DVD. Every series is better without commercial interruptions. I never watch 24 on the network. I don't want all that distraction.
