It is likely sinus problems. My head always feels like there's pressure. It's been going on for over 4 years now and all the doctors say it's because of my sinuses (allergies in the summer, colds in the winter). I have liquid build up in my eardrums which makes me dizzy, slightly unbalances and I have to constantly blow out my ears to equalize them. It's a real pain in the ass and sometimes my ears get really sensitive and start to throb when I touch them and it hurts like hell.
Are you on Flonase? Definitely get your sinuses fixed and your ears checked out. It sucks to be me.

i do have zyrtec and flonase and even a prescription for an antibiotic but he told me hes not convinced its sinuses and i should just wait it out cuz it might be a passing viral thing. grrr.

Oh god that's horrible! I have these "dreams" of me finally going to a forth doctor who's going to diagnose me properly, and I'll sue the first 3 for malpractice. 4 years and counting. Having to plug my nose and blow out my ears. And nothing's changed. Ugh.

well, i didnt pick up the antibiotic but my parents generally push nosespray and zyrtec like theyre candy. id really rather just take some tylenol.

I've done it a couple of times now and each time it hurts has if I've just snorted water, and my brain feels like it's goingto explode. Am I doing something wrong? Do you know if you're only supposed to take nosesprays when you've got mucus, or just whenever consistently?

i dont take it consistently, only when ive got a problem. but ive never liked any kind of nosepray. it IS liquid being shot up your nose!
