Posted: 11/18/05 at 1:52pmI work in a daycare. Last week, the other assistant sat on the sofa reading books to herself the whole time, while I ran around wiping noses, changing diapers and trying to reel-in the chaos that occurs when you have 15 toddlers in the same room. I definitely can relate.

Who needs co-workers when you have group projects? Yay!
Like that time a bit more than a year back when my "partners" didn't e-mail me their parts until 4 in the morning, at which point I had to put the entire damn thing together. And fix what they did, because actual research seemed a bit beyond them.

At my office, it seems I am every one's babysitter and handholder.
Like the time my RVP came running into my office screaming "I need 12 copies..I can't get the damn copier to work!!"
So I made the copies for him and he asked,
"What the hell was I doing wrong?"
to which I replied..
"Well, you have to turn it ON first."
