LOL thanks for posting the video link.
Idiots...why did they post the video! It screams guilty. From the moment he landed it screamed covert operation: running with the parachute, scrambling to stuff it into a bag while looking around for anyone noticing what just happened.
What really was stupid is the comment 25 seconds in "Thank the f-ing dear Lord that we made it here this far. He's going to watch out for us. He likes drunks and stupid people. Thank you Baby Jesus. Dude thank you."

on the news video at the 2:00 minute mark "attorneys for the four men said that no one was ever in any danger..."
I disagree! Several times in that video there were moments that if the stunt went wrong potentially someone could have been at risk for danger:
1. anyone below could have been crushed by the impact of their body if the parachute did not open
2. at any time a gust of wind could have blown the jumper into a building causing bodily injury to them and anyone in or below the building they collided into
3. on the landing approach ON the highway - the light was RED meaning the traffic coming from the street on the right could have been coming on to the highway and impacted with the parachuter's body
