This is my first viewing of a Lampanelli routine, and couldn't be less impressed.

Lisa Lampanelli is a hack whose function in the comedy circuit is to enable sexist and racist men to feel it's okay to be sexist and racist. And the tired excuse that "she goes after everybody so it's funny!" doesn't change that fact.

Posted: 10/21/07 at 2:53pmI DVR'ed her show that was on Comedy Central a few weeks ago. I was not familiar with her, but remembered her name from this post when it first came out. I was shocked at first esp. that it was on TV even late night, but soon found myself laughing out loud and tearing up. I would hate to be up front, it was easy to laugh at, but don't think I could take it.
