I like the rainbow flag. It's subtle and it's placed with the other flags which makes it stand out less. It feels like less of a "STATEMENT" and more of a simple fact.

What is that show? I wish people would just start talking in terms of "post-gay" and not post gay.

Yes. Ish. What does 'post-gay' mean to you?
A day when people, are not presumed to fit into a certain box-full of traits once they self-identify as having a principally same-gender attraction would, I think, be lovely and healthy for everybody--I'm all for such a world's immediate arrival.
The loss of community, shared sense of history, mission and destiny--not to mention the camaraderie, language, music, and other "trivia"--that might be the inevitable flip-side of a truly "post-gay" world makes me sad, sad sad.

They used to have rainbow colored folders right in the center of that bookcase behind him. If you watch earlier episodes, they are really obvious, which the character is not.

I just caught up on this week's hilarious episode. It's funny how minuscule those items are in the footage of his office.
