Los Angeles Loooong Shot...

I am trying to find out the name or names of the people that were responsible for Hair and Wig Design for the 1992 Production of IT'S ONLY A PLAY at the Doolittle Theatre in Los Angeles. It was part of the "Ahmanson at the Doolittle" series and starred Charles Nelson Reilly, Eileen Brennan, David Hyde Pierce, etc.

I did not hold on to the program but I'm hoping someone here did... I've called the Center Theatre Group here and they were very nice, but not able to give me more than the name of the main hair and wig person, Paul Huntley. I'm looking for the person or people who assisted him...
