Even though many of us weren’t thrilled with Nick Jonas in “The Last Five Years,” a digital-only release of a cast album featuring Jonas would probably have more people exposed to this show and score than all previous recordings combined.

Maybe Jonas would’ve worked better in an audio-only release. Also, we’d have Adrienne Warren’s performance to enjoy.

Forgive me if I've missed postings on this. A "search" didn't reveal any.

Has anyone here seen it yet and what did you think of it?

When I looked earlier today, there were VERY FEW tickets available for tonight. I can’t access it now, but I think there were fewer than 20 seats available. I guess we’ll know more later.

After reading the posts here, I was curious… When I tried to find the OBC recording, it wasn’t available to stream on Amazon, Apple, Tidal, Qobuz or Spotify. It is free to listen to on YouTube,  though…

For me, everything she was in just made it that much better. You can't say that about a lot of people.

Now it's time to binge Schitt's Creek all over again...

Maybe the overture and curtain calls could be included in a physical release; DVD and Blu-ray. It would be a very easy thing to do…if they were shot initially.

Give us the option to watch it both ways on disc. Again, it would be so easy to do.

I came on tonight at about 10:30 PST. When I went to look at comments regarding today’s elections, I was surprised to see that I’d 👍 a number of them. I removed the ones that weren’t placed there by me.

I remember my parents having her STEP TO THE REAR album. A fun album that’s available to stream everywhere…

This was released digitally today. It sounds OK, but it’s not complete; just more of a highlights album.

She's just someone I always felt would be here...very sad.

When I first moved to LA, I saw her coming out of a store on Melrose Avenue, laden down with a lot of bags. I offered to help and she gave ma a very Annie Hall-like "Oh, no...I'm fine. Thanks." This was around Christmas, 1984.

If you haven't seen MARVIN'S ROOM, she gives a beautiful perfomance. There's a moment in the film, with her, that just breaks me every time I see it.

For those that saw the production in London, is it special enough to play Broadway without the balcony gimmick?

There was a proposed remake of MY FAIR LADY some years ago. It was set to star Carey Mulligan as Eliza Doolittle. For the role of Professor Henry Higgins, actors Colin Firth and Hugh Grant were both considered.

The complete recording of MY FAIR LADY has been released today, digitally, on all platforms.

Like his earlier complete recordings of OKLAHOMA! and CAROUSEL, John Wilson and the London Sinfonia bring us a complete recording of Lerner and Loewe’s MY FAIR LADY. The Julie Andrews/Rex Harrison Broadway and London recordings are go-to choices, but this new recording is definitive as a complete document of the score.

I’m listening now and it’s pretty remarkable!

I believe that all recipients have accepted and agreed to be there for the ceremony. That's how it's always been stated in the past. 

Can you imagine if this was broadcast live? If his hosting performance will be anything like his seat-of-his-pants press conferences, this could go on until, as Frank sang, the wee small hours of the morning...
