Lost access to my account! Help!

Lost access to my 20 year old message board account so I started this new one. I tried to use the "Forgot Password" function and I get a Not Found error. I wrote two messages through Contact Broadwayworld at the bottom of the page and never got a response. 

Can someone help me?
