SUMMERTIME EBAY DVD AND MEMORABILIA SALE

$40 for a DVD of MARVIN'S ROOM is a great deal. I thought I got a good deal buying it on BluRay for $7 at Best Buy, but I'll bid on yours!!!
Are the decimal points all in the wrong place? $40 for "Funny Girl?" That can't be right. Same with the previous poster regarding "Marvin's Room."
Which of the dvds that you described in your post are the "hard to find?"

"Marvin's Room" is being sold for $25. "Funny Girl" is being sold with "Funny Lady" and is being sold for $30. Good to see that both of you aced reading in school. If neither of you are interested in the things I am selling, it would be my advice for you to keep your opinions to yourselves.
Ha, ha..
Amazon, one of the world's largest online retailers, currently has "Marvin's Room" for $4.99, "Sybil" for $6.99, and the combo of "Funny Girl/Funny Lady" for $9.44. I think it's a fair statement to say that your prices are rather high for what you are selling. I'm sure you would agree on that.
Since you are experienced with ebay, overpricing an item isn't a good thing. After all you want to sell it, not have it sit there and be unrealistic about it. But, if that's what you want to do, then there you go.
That's the whole point of this message board - to post, share experiences, and share opinions.

Your statement is valid. However the version of "Marvin's Room" I am selling is from when it first came out, not a ninth generation down the line reissue. I stand by the prices I have on Ebay, I am selling not only movies, but collector's items. I have been selling things on Ebay for quite some time now, I compare the prices I come up with to both Amazon and Ebay. Some people are selling things for alot more than I am.
I did ace reading. You have a buy It now price on that DVD at $40. Glad you mastered the ability to understand anything.
And MARVIN'S ROOM has had one DVD release, not nine. In fact, I take that back, Echo Brodge re-released it a few weeks ago on DVD and Bu-Ray so since it was released on DVD in the 90s, it's now had two DVD release, with that original printing still easy to find for under $5.
Ebay is all about timing - what other items are on there at the time you are selling it, what day/time does your auction end, etc.
I've been buying & selling on ebay for about 15 years now. It's a great site.
Thanks for link. Will be curious to see what everything sells for when the auction is over with.
Happy to hear that you aced reading, it's a shame about the typing though. I believe the company is called Echo Bridge and I don't believe I am familiar with Bu-Rays. I have worked in the Entertainment business since 1979 and have a pretty good knowledge and background about the things that I sell on Ebay. Thank you for your comments.
*sigh*
All you have to say in response to my facts is that my phone made a typo on a word.
Ok.
I'm not sure being abusive is the best way to get folks to buy your stuff.
You forgot that it was also included in a box set of movies that Meryl Streep made for Miramax, so it has come out three different times.
I am not being abusive, I have posted things on here before and I have always heard from "Mr. Catalano". Must be a fan.
Ok. Well that was the same printing of the disc so I don't really see what point your trying to make.
And it's not that I'm a fan, it's that in this case, the subject of DVD/Video is a subject that I'm extremely knowledgable in.

JUNE EBAY MEMORABILIA SALE
Thanks for the link.
How did your previous auction go?
Wow, looking at your completed (unsold) auctions, you only seem to sell about 5% of what you list. This must cost you a fortune in listing fees.
