I don't know if there's one of these in the NYMetro area, but Bahama Breeze Resturant makes the yummiest Mojito's I've had outside of my own house!
They're a newer restaurant under the Darden umbrella (who owns Red Lobster and Olive Garden).
Nonetheless... if you get a chance to try one of their mojitos, go for it!!
