BSo, yes. I like variety, so in addtion to the single bottle of bourbon, I also have a bottle of tequila, Tiff's leftover Vodka and whatever I've stolen from cam.
Emcee, was it soy cheese?
I like to alternate types, personally. I get sick of one or the other after a while. Has anyone else eaten the white cheddar kind? Yum

Funny you were talking about Friends... my favourite mac and cheese recipe is from the Friends' cookbook. I think it's called "Adults Only Mac and Cheese". I love the bread crumbs on top!
