I only get it when I log on from work. I never have that problem from home.

You might want to check your computer out for spyware because this site has no pop up ads...

I do. It just started a few days ago and it's only when I visit this site. Sometimes I get it several times while reading the board, not just at log on. It started the same time those ads showed up at the bottom of the page. I don't get popups anywhere else so I don't think it's adware, but it might be. I run my ad-aware se program at least every other day. Just ran it earlier today, but still getting the flash pop up.

Is it an IE popup or one from the Flash program itself?

it's not an IE pop up, it's a little thing asking if you want to install Macromedia Flash. I'm assuming it has something to do with the flashing banners on the board.

Oh. I guess in your position I'd install it, then, since it's useful for a lot of sites. But I can understand why you're annoyed.

Yeah, I know my computers here at work don't have it (not all of them anyway) because they're old as sh*t. I was actually kinda surprised by it when I logged on from here because I'd never had that problem at home or my old office. Ah well, I can deal with it from work
