Now, now, now, we've been over this. A GOOD columnist learns from constructive criticism. I gave you the benefit of my editorial hand (and GRATIS, I must point out, the union would KILL me if they knew!) but you're never going to learn that it's "you're" not "your." How will we ever get this through that big, thick, shiny skull attached to a freakishly short body replete with underdeveloped pecs no matter how many "we must increase our bust" exercises you do? After all, you're a COLUMNIST now, Anthony, think of how it looks (with looks being the only thing that matters to you at all!).

Actually, I'm not a Madonna "hater". I just find all the attention to her every move to be quite silly and a bit disturbing. There's something creepy about fans that camp out across the street from a hotel just to get a possible split second glimpse of a celebrity that really doesn't care about them other than the money that goes into their pocket. Sure, the music can be fun and even a concert can be stunning, but the obsession with the actual person is a little weird. And not just Madonna, but any celebrity.

Actually, I don't hate her either. I just hate seeing numerous thraeds dedicated to any one person or subject. Imean the woman is a late 80's-early 90's pop icon whose time has long passed. Her fan base consists mainly of middle aged gay men who fondly remember her music as part of their youthful club days. Hardley someone who deserves the amount of attention she is getting just on this board.

Ok, middle aged was the wrong term. To me the late 80's seem so long ago. Maybe because I spent most of that period drinking and can't remeber it. Just for the record, i would think 40-45 is middle aged.
