Posted: 12/10/05 at 9:17pmDiddy finally picked this all female group after two seasons. Anyone else addicted to this show? I am just happy that Aundrea and Aubrey made it.

I saw it today, but sadly, on some other show I saw yesterday they showed the clip of them performing with Aundrea in the front - that should have been a very powerful moment, when she was called last, but obviously, it was lost on me, knowing beforehand that she made it.
But I did get very excited when he picked Shannon - she's wonderful.

Posted: 12/10/05 at 9:22pmDominique had a very nice voice, but could just not dance. I mean you had to know that Aundrea was going to make it even if you didn't know and had watched the show. Diddy pushed her the most because he liked her the most. I was pleasantly surprised with Shannon as well.

Posted: 12/10/05 at 9:24pmI think it was cruel and stupid of them to keep Dominique as long as they did. It was obvious she would never be up to the dancing skills of the others, not even close, and that is equally as important as singing in this group.

Posted: 12/10/05 at 9:33pmYes, it was somewhat cruel the more I think about it. It would just be very hard to cut someone with a voice like hers. Maybe they were hoping she would work on it more during the three month break, but it does not look and sound like she did at all.

Posted: 12/10/05 at 9:39pmTrue yet again. A person could hope though. Were you happy with the girls who made it? Denosh just made me sick. She was just a bitch, which I like, but that would not cut it in a band.

I had been questioning for a while why Denosh was still there. Like they said, she didn't mix onstage or off. She was always doing her own thing onstage, and seemed like she didn't belong.
My two favorites made it (Aundrea and Shannon), so yes, I'm happy.

If he didn't have the people that were good enough together in time for last season, it was no one's fault but his own- he was the one making the decisions and kicking people off from the beginning.
I just think too often last season, he was more concerned with who looked the hottest instead of who had the talent. You can't kick off all the talented ones because they aren't hot enough, then complain that the hot ones aren't talented enough.

Posted: 12/10/05 at 10:17pmI really wish Tequita made it, she had a killer voice. (I couldn't believe she is only 18!) Hopefully Dominique will get a record deal or something, I'm really rooting for her!

Posted: 12/11/05 at 10:50ami like dominique but there was no way in hell she was going to be in that group. i liked her nina simone baby-face.i also got a kick out of taquita. she should be on another tv show. on the other hand, i hated most of the singing - all that nasal moaning and whining--all the worst pop affectations and habits. urgh
