Soap opera-related posts are appropriate on either one of the two messageboards on this site.

They're appropriate as "off-topic" because soaps are not Broadway plays.

They're appropriate as "main" because soaps employ actors and actresses, some of who have done Broadway, are currently doing Broadway, or intend to do Broadway in the future.

By the way, if any of you are interested in the current minimum daily AFTRA scale on the hour soaps, here are the salaries:

UNDER-FIVE ........ $348

EXTRA ................ $136
