Mama, I'm A Big Girl Now

You ever feel like teliing that to your parents?

Or, in my case, insert 'boy'...

I am 47 and live in CT. My mother is 73 and lives in California. I still have to wear a sweater when she is cold.

Not often. Actually, my mom is the one who says to me, "you're a big girl now." I still cling to my mommy and daddy.

Nah, I would rather be a little girl all my life. My parents actually aren't that bad with me. My brother is another story. Good thing I'm the oldest otherwise I would be babied like crazy too. Things are so much less complicated when you are young. I really wish I would never grow up.

I'm 22 and my parents don't want me to move to New York even though I'm getting married and trying to start my own life, AWAY from them!

My dad made me turn off Margaret Cho. I was definitely feeling the Hairspray at that point.

re: Mama, I'm A Big Girl Now

Do they all have beer bellies by now?

'Cause a beer gut is just *so* attractive.

Why would anyone drink beer?

But I do like a glass of red wine.

I live in a bubble. And it isn't pink and I can't come and go by it, so it's not even fun.
