Desperate Housewives star denies coming-out rumors
After several days of media speculation that suggested that Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross was planning to come out as a lesbian in the pages of The Advocate, the actress's publicist has released a statement denying such a move.
"In response to the recent rumors about Marcia Cross, they are completely untrue," says a statement from Cross's publicist, Heidi Lopata Slan. "She is, however, very supportive of the gay and lesbian community."
Cross and her fellow Housewives were honored over the weekend when the show was awarded Best Comedy Ensemble at the Screen Actors Guild awards.

No he's not out yet. But all the news articles about Marcia Cross and her non existent lesbianism didn't think twice about stating the gayness of Andrew Van Der Camp without using the words spoiler alert.

i've always thought Marcia was gorgeous and talented. i saw her this morning with another gorgeous and talented woman, Diane Sawyer.
i only catch the show occasionally. They made a reference this morning to something Bree says to her husband at some big dinner, which Marcia was reluctant to say, but they couldn't say on air at that time in the morning.
Some superfan mind filling me in? plus, which family member is Andrew, Bree's husband or her son?
Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys.

She was on Oprah a few weeks ago saying the REALLY REALLY wanted to get married and have kids.
She never actually said "married to a man", though.
