The only time I've ever seen him as sexy was in The Talented Mr Ripley. And boy did I think he was hot in that! Of course, between Matt, Jude and Jack I didn't know where to look.

He's definitely studly, but they really couldn't find a better picture of him for the cover? He looks a good five to ten years older than usual in that (recycled) photoshoot.

"Sexy" is just such a subjective thing that I don't think that anyone should have the title of "Sexiest Man Alive." I mean, I think that Conan O'Brien is one of the sexiest men alive, but he sure as hell will never get picked by People.

I guess I'm getting old. Matt Damon is good looking enough, but I have to agree that Chris Meloni would be a better choice. So would Patrick Wilson, Joey Lawrence, Sam Champion, David Wright, Mike Piazza, Tyler Florence and Keith Lockhart of the Boston Pops.

I think Matt Damon is a fantastic actor, but I would totally bump up Patrick Dempsey from number two to number one in terms of sexiness.
