Am I supposed to know what you're talking about? I don't read press releases, so that's the first problem. Do you want to explain what that means? I even went back and re-read my posts, and your comment makes no sense.

If anything, that SNL skit helped to improve Palin's image in the minds of Americans. I mean, Tina Fey made her "likable" in a way...something Ms. Palin herself has failed to do.

(My favorite phrase from Auggie's last post: "fully-formed icon of feminism." Bravo!)

I think my favorite part of this is that the Republican ticket can't even get their "position" together on an SNL sketch.

What hope do we have for serious issues, if we can't figure out if they laughed or were offended by Tina Fey?

And I just heard that the Republican party has called a press conference to bad-mouth Michael Palin for being a man with Sarah's last name. They tried to go after Brett Palin, the hockey player but Sarah said that being a hockey mom, she was cool with it.

For me, it's the phrase "dumb ass" that keeps coming to mind. She's a dumb ass governor, this is a dumb ass campaign, and if this dumb ass pair gets elected than I never again will question if the USA is just a nation of dumb assess, because it will be irrefutable. Unless, of course, you're on the Republican ticket. In that case, you can lie through your dumb ass teeth and continue to lie even when you have the facts in front of you, but you'll still be a lying dumb ass.

Just because Palin found it hilarious, doesn't mean a McCain advisor can't find it disrespectful.

Of course not, but when you've got someone who wasn't being spoofed calling it "disrespectful" and then Palin saying she thought it was funny, just once again points out the ever-increasing schizophrenia or this campaign and all involved.

I love the way the left is scurrying around like scalded-cats (as my Irish grandmother used to say), over some hockey mom from Alaska! It's funny.

I'm glad you think it's a funny that a bunch of dumb assesses believe with these dumb assess are selling. She's not just some "hockey mom from Alaska." She's the Republican Vice-Presidential candidate.

And I'm not sure what sort of scurrying you're seeing. There are six weeks until the election and more and more crap keeps coming out about this vindictive, unqualified, dumb ass from Alaska. Maybe you're seeing people scurrying to figure out a way to get the hell out of this country before Margaret Atwood's Republic of Gilead is realized.

according to this article, complaints about his portrayal by Armisen came from regular supporters, not directly from someone in his campaign.
