McCain WILL NOT RAISE TAXES, except that he might raise taxes

McCain has been adamant about not raising taxes or creating any new taxes. Oops, my bad, got my verb tense wrong. I should have said McCain HAD been adamant about not raising taxes or creating any new taxes. The link below has a pretty good litany of his various, changing position on taxes. This should play well with his base.
