McCain surrogate Graham LIES about bailout proposal

Last night Senator Lindsey Graham, speaking on behalf of the McCain campaign, went on FoxNews and flat-out lied about how any proceeds generated from the bailout would be allocated. He used scare tactics, saying that proceeds were earmarked for a PAC that has endorsed Obama. It's just not true, but that didn't stop the lie from spreading across the blogosphere.
