Thank you, Grizz. I'm afraid I'm not being such a good mom to my fuzzy friend here. I never did get to the store and get her food. She'll get me up at 7:00 am for her breakfast (she has a built in alarm clock) and I won't have a can to open. She's going to have to suffer with a dish of ground sirloin. (We should all have it so bad!) I just gave her some catnip and she's in Cheech & Chong heaven right now. Too bad there aren't any LEGAL substances for humans that could make us feel that good!

After I feed her I will sleep-walk my way over here and try to post my pick for the next honoree. That will be EXTREMELY difficult because I just can't make up my mind! I thought I knew a little earlier on today, but I've changed my mind at least a half dozen times since then. Maybe I should just end the torment now and go with my first choice = Mary-Ethel!

You're all so wonderful. Hopefully you all won't have to wait too long to find out just how wonderful it feels to be so honored by people you honestly admire and care for. It's just .... awesome. (Sometimes I slip into old jargon.)

Corine - your advice and guidance over the last year or two have been priceless. You are so generous in helping when help is needed. I can't thank you enough.

Barb - thank you for posting that pic of Greg's shoutout to me. I sent him a note and told him that those silly faces he was making with his serious health note was completely cracking me up. Thus the silly look that came with my greeting. Today was like a great big hot fudge sundae with extra whip cream and chopped nuts. Greg's shoutout was the cherry on top!

I most certainly did Addy! Every single minute. In a sense I'm glad it's nearly over because my tush has become rooted to this chair. I can't stay away from it!

I witnessed at a holiday party a woman who had recently lost her baby during childbirth meet my friend who had five boys. During their conversation the mother of five gave hope to the grieving woman. She called this new friend an “angel”. Your story today reminded me of that!

Thank you dear - and thank you everyone here who has made my day so very special! After considering several incredibly wonderful candidates, I've made my final decision as to a successor for this crown and I want to name them now. I may not be able to be on here a little later today and I don't want them to miss a second of the love this award has become!

Choosing the next BWW member to be honored this way has been extremely difficult. One of the questions I was asked today made me realize that there was one person who has done so much to enrich this site. That man is MargoChanning. I mentioned before that it was Margo's posts that brought me to BWW in the first place and I never cease being amazed, entertained, and educated by his posts. He has a wealth of information stored in his brain and shares that information in the most erudite and entertaining way. As much as I love reading the posts from many other BWW'ers, it is Margo's that I copy and save in a file so I can go back and read them again. And each time I do - I learn more. I don't know anything about Margo, except what he's posted here on the site. For that reason I believe he cherishes his privacy and I hope that other BWW'ers will do the same when they question him today.

Congratulations to a man who should be at the top of any list of BWW celebrities - MargoChanning!
