Yes. I was always a big "participator."

And weren't you with me when we had to go down to the track to make up classes, but showed up like 30 minutes late and they wouldn't let us do it? He was screaming at me and I just stood there and laughed in his face.

Since it is technically still Tuesday here on the Left Coast, I'm going to address Munk as the CotD. There was a rocky beginning to our interaction here on the boards, and I've maintained a respectful distance as time has gone by. This was a wonderful opportunity to just stay in the background and learn about him today. I have come away with a much stronger vision of who he is as a person, and that will do nothing but help my understanding of his participation here.

That, it seems to me, is as much of a positive impact as one could hope for from this thread. I find it exhilerating to move past the general assumptions that can be cobbled together from here and there and really focus in on trying to better acquaint ourselves with each other.

Munk, I truly enjoyed what you shared today, and it seems like you had a good time, as well. Who could ask for anything more!

Talk about an excellent choice. Em's someone who I seriously considered nominating myself. She's eloquent in her posts, enjoys a good debate, generally keeps her temper and has a sense of humor. She doesn't take it personally when people make fun of her beloved Raul's sexuality or her Adam's acting abilities.

What's most striking about her is that she possesses a maturity without precociousness. She's intelligent without being pretentious. She's not afraid to disagree with you, but she'll always explain why.

People always say it, but I really believe it's true in this case - we could use a few more posters like her. She seems like a good egg.

Oh, where do I begin to express my love and adoration for emcee !!! If you haven't met her in person, you really don't know what you are missing !! She is wonderful, intelligent, witty, educated, caring and humorous on the board, but she is 100 times better and sweeter in person (plus, she's gorgeous, too)! Words can not express how much I value our friendship !! Those who know her, know what I'm talking about !! Emcee, you are a truly unique diamond, in the form of a beautiful human being !!! I've seen it written that BWW is a little 'cliquish', but this girl all by herself could blow that concept to smithereens. It amazes me how she connects with such a broad spectrum of people here. Not limited by age, sex, sexuality, religion or political stance, she seems to be able to find the commonalities, rather than to dwell on the differences. And that is a RARE gift.

Well-spoken and full of heart and energized passion, she comes across like the poster-child for Broadway fans everywhere. Although, I wonder sometimes if she has her computer with her all the time, because she seems to be able to post at any time of the day or night at will!

A perfect choice. If there were a true BWW Miss Congeniality, Emcee would win hands down.
I love this girl and I never get to see her enough. She is truly an old soul. Despite her age, this girl has intelligence and maturity and a certain kind of grace that transcends her age. And she's darn cute and funny, too! That's a rare combination that should have those silly straight boys a-runnin'. This is one girl whom, if you meet her, you will find impossible not to love immediately.
