A couple of weeks ago, either Colbert or Stewart did a piece on him, in which he appeared and spoke openly about his words and deeds.

If I were Armstrong I'd be seeking an order of protection against this guy. Now that he's been fired, I think Shirvell is going to become even more unhinged. The guy is a nut-job and I wouldn't be surprised if he turns violent.

I belive that Armstrong does have a restraining order against this whacko.

I read that Armstrong and his lawyer are now aiming for disbarment.

Armstrong dropped his request for the order of protection back in October. I'd be filing another request ASAP.
