Make sure to get the untrated Doomsday. The carnage is fantastic!
Now this looks like my kind of movie! Can't wait to see it.
I'm not very familiar with much of Barker's work, but I am a huge fan of the first two Hellraiser movies.

OK I saw Midnight Meat Train.
LOVED IT.
Holds you interest every second, beautifully shot and directed. Yeah its bloody and full of body parts and slashing, but it never made me wince, the angles and cheery cherry red of the gallons of blood were just so unnatural. So staged, choreographed, with clever camera work. and THIS from someone who simply cannot watch any of those real life operation shows or even worse *shudders* tapes of childbirth. Cuz that stuff is REAL and the slicing looks painful.
This is pure entertainment and even some really good suspense moments. I kinda felt like the denouement was a quick cop-out, but overall this slasher film is very pretty to look at.
Saw it yesterday, and loved it.
First of all, you don't often see acting of this caliber (heightened as it may be) in the genre. Vinnie Jones, Leslie Bibb, Brooke Shields, and especially Bradley Cooper give more to their characters than what is required. And, in the process, I saw two protaganists that I actually cared for, and a villain that deeply disturbed me.
Speaking of disturbed, the murder sequences are sick, twisted, grisly, and oddly spectacular. Just when you expect the camera to turn away, it doesn't.
I didn't see the twist coming at all and, while it did seem to come out of a different movie, it made more and more sense the longer I thought about it. It certainly explains everyone's motivation.
In addition to this one, here are some other little-known horror movies that I would recommend to genre fans for Halloween: [REC], All the Boys Love Mandy Lane, and the now-classic Session 9.
