Midtown Food

Where can I get the best Black and White cookies in Midtown. Also, what are some reasonable restaurants, open late, in Midtown? Any good diners?

"Black and white cookies"? I'm intrigued. What is that?

You know, the cookies that are half chocolate and half vanilla. They are kind of large and are equally black and white.

Heh, I googled it just to remember (personally I like the black and white cupcakes better) and this came up:

Thanks for the link. I've never seen those before! Half cookie, half cupcake, with chocolate AND vanilla? I feel like I've missed out on something totally delectable!

To me, a black and white cookie is a black and white cookie...although Maxie's generally smells pretty good - I'm sure their cookies are just as good as even Starbucks'.

I used to eat those Joey's B&W cookies all the time.

But I love freshly made ones...

A little drop of heaven!

Always check Chef Corner

Check Zabars uptown for Black and White cookies and forget them and try the chocolate crossiants.

NEVER HEARD OF A BLACK-AND-WHITE?!?!?

Quick, the salts! *swoon*

PJ, you are simply the best...practically perfect in every way!

I second Corine...Zabar's. Yummy yum-yum! (I rather think I'd like to marry Corine.)
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.
