Don't know why but I want her to belt out "Don't Rain on My Parade". Anyone else agree?

And for God sakes, someone help out poor Janay with some song suggestions too.

Well, she does seem to page Fanny Brice. I don't know if that's a good thing.

Hmm...her voice reminds me of that Taylor Dayne kind of tone, so maybe something from her?

It's that song where she cracks horribly and her obvious lack of vocal ability blatantly shows and she is booted on the spot.

Mikalah is a STAR. I can see why people hate her, but she is the only one of those girls who takes COMMAND of the stage. I thought her "God Bless the Child" was an inspired choice! As Simon observed, she has the self-confidence of a woman who's been performing for decades....

She needs to do some personality numbers-- "My Man" is a natural, or even "I Want To Be Loved By You." She could tear up "Evergreen" or the "Way We Were" also.

Ooh how about "You Made Me Love You" sung to 'Dear Mr. Cowell' instead of Gable?

Please tell me you did not give her the green light to sing songs by The Barbra. Lord, I hope she goes home as soon as possible.
As I stated in a thread elsewhere,

"She seems to me like that girl in High School who was half decent looking, had a good rack, couldn't pass a test to save her life and yet had this inflated vision of herself that usually landed her under the bleachers with half the football team who figured "What the heck?" because we all know they'll do anything if it's easy enough."

She's so funny how she jumps in shock every time she hears she's safe. And she's definitely the weeper...crying when anyone leaves.

Her voice reminds me so much of Alana Davis. It's scary how vocally matched they are. Pop in any track from her album "Blame It On Me" and see what you think.
