re: Milk...

Let's hear it for sugar & fat

Milk was all the rage when many of us were growing up. Now it is no good for you until tomorrow when the Drs change their mind & say it is OK to drink again

And calcium and Vitamin D and a bunch of minerals, but otherwise...

re: Milk...

Milk in moderation is good for you. I do not drink it.

re: Milk...

As long as you remember milk is a food and not a drink you can casually imbibe a ton of, it's fine.
#30

re: Milk...

I drink it all the time...

re: Milk...

You are a fit little baby who needs milk!

Drink milk & keep the bovine population fully employed. Nothing worse than an out of work bovine

re: Milk...

I only drink it when it's totally pink-ified by Strawberry Nesquik. Plain milk grosses me out. I eat my cereal dry, too.

I almost never drink the stuff, but when I do (with chocolate cake and the like), I drink whole milk.

Here's how starving-artist I am... I buy whole milk and then water it down to skim to save money. It's amazing how far a gallon of whole will go as skim. And milk is delicious. Especially on raisin-less granola.

re: Milk...

Prefer skim. Not a huge milk drinker. Cream in tea though.....no substitute for that.

2%, and I like milk. Chocolate milk is even better, but man, you gotta stay off that stuff or you'll get hooked.

re: Milk...

Love chocolate milk, but can't drink it... it is addictive. I stick to skim, and only in coffee and cereal. Don't really like it by itself.

I prefer skim milk. My biology teacher told my class last year that milk is fat and plasma (the liquid component in blood). mmmmmmmm
