Nice move. Welcome back.
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

God Diva,
I dismember ONE person and suddenly I'm a "wack job".
Where's the understanding?

I'm the one who asked about Sheila. Since when does she spell her name Shelagh?

Not too sure if we are talking about the same person, but I was supprised her name was spelled that way too.
The Shelagh I study under danced with The Royal Adacemy of Ballet, Housten and Pennsylvania. She teaches pointe for the college program, and was the director of the prep program.
Anyway, thank you all for the re-welcomes, if that makes sense. It's funny that my posts on the off-topic board versus the broadway board (which I presumed would be more eventful) have gotten much more action.

Sheila (NOT spelled Shelagh) is on the faculty of the drama department at the university you said you were going to. You know, the one where you switched your major from Drama to Dance.

Oh no, sorry, misunderstanding!
I have always been a theater person, and during my life have excelled in dance as well. When it came time for college, I chose to audition for schools as a dance major. That was what I was refering to when I said that I had a shift in career goals or whatever. Not that I shifted majors.

But you do go to Cornish, right? I am acquainted with one of the dance teachers there ...

Gerard. He used to dance at Spectrum, and I volunteered there ... he had already left when I worked there, but I met him through Spectrum people.

Gerard Theoret! Yes, he was my primary ballet instructor for this semester. Good times with him.
