it's monologues dear =]
And there's no specific good ones, the best advice we can give you is for you to take a day and spend it in a large library, or buy some monologue books and sift through them all. Note a couple of playwrights that you like and look up more of their work.
Do NOT search online for "best male monologues" or "top monologues" or something of the sort, because you'll get the same pathetic ones every Tom, Dick, or Harry uses

read plays, find roles your good for..pick out or piece together monologues :)
