More like "Isaiah Washington never learned to shut up.
Ann Coulter is a hateful cow anyway."

Let's lynch some homophones. If you're not paying attention, it's very easy to make mistakes and can be quite embarrassing.

"Isaiah Washington calls someone a faggot during a private argument, apologizes, goes to rehab (or whatever it was), and gets fired.
Ann Coulter calls someone a faggot during a public event and her bookings on National television rise.
But this isn't about race."
I won't even address your oversimplified summations of the two situations. But what does Ann Coulter have to do with Isaiah? They didn't have the same boss? It wasn't one person making two contradictary decisions about two people in the same situation. How does Ann Coulter's situation make Isaiah's situation about race?
You have to evaluate each situation independantly of the other. You can't connect them like there's some subconcious collective boss-brain at work saying, "under equal circumstances we'll keep the white chick and lose the black guy."
There was certainly public outcry over both Isaiah and Ann's actions.

"I won't even address your oversimplified summations of the two situations."
But you did.
Of course they have different bosses. But they are both public figures.
It just seems to me that faggot jokes/comments still seem to be acceptable in the media (and not just by Ann Coulter)...unless they are made by Isaiah Washington...

No, it's just that Ann has Republicans for bosses and Isaiah didn't.
Do you actually want me to beat you with this dead horse?

I wasn't referring to only Ann.
And I've been beaten with worse.

Neal,
You hit it DEAD ON. If there was ANY sniff of racisim, Al Sharpton would have been the first one to hold a press conference.
I can't wait to see what Mr. Washington has to say on Larry King on Monday.

I love how this guy refuses to acknowledge that he might be the problem. He has had some sort of altercation or incident with most of the TV shows he's been involved with. They need to just (pardon the word...) blackball him. Don't hire him. I mean seriously, he's not THAT good of an actor.
PS: Anyone see the first season of Ally McBeal? Isaiah appeared as a suitor of Renee's (Lisa Nicole Carson). Well during one their dates he gets fresh with her and she fights back using her kickboxing skills by punching him and kicking him in the face. Half of me wished it had been real.

Oh Kringas,
Now it's just making you look bad.
Stop it and drop it.
We all know what he posted, and I for one don't need to see that screen cap any more.

I have a theory as to what the answer may be, but I'm feeling uncharacteristically shy of foul language this evening. Am I close?
