My candidate , hands down , is Shelly Duvall in " The Shining ". She was so annoying & clawing she deserved to have Jack take a whack @ her

That damn JarJar Binks from the StarWars prequels...takes bad movies and makes them worse. How hard would it have been to just kill him off?

rene's friend in "down with love" was perhaps the most annoying character i've ever disliked, without actually having a reason.

Or Sam in Lord of the Rings. As vital as he is to the story... he's still annoying to me.

I was gonna say Jar-Jar. And I agree about Hilary Duff. Anything the Olsen twins play are also on my list.
