My favorite would have to be the Rube Goldberg machine that any wacky inventor uses to make their breakfast.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure had the BEST VERSION OF THIS EVER! Damn, I wish I had that.

boy meets boy
boy falls in love with boy
boy loses boy

kinda like (holy brain melt batman): what was that one movie that took place in the 80s where the kid feel in love with older college guy that he worked with and his best (girl) friend was very jealous?

and the other one with the two british kids and the one kid was on the swim team and the other won a contest with a paper that he published about his coming out.

and finally, "bent"

edit: the first one is 'the edge of seventeen" and the second one is "get real"

It's the oldest story in the book. Boy meets girl. Boy wants girl to do dominatrix film. Girls says, "Naked?" Boy says, "Yeah." Girl says, "No way." Boy says, "Okay how about you just wear this rubber dress and beat this old guy with a scrub brush?" Girl says, "How hard?"

There was a review of the little known movie The Cure about two young boys who are best friends and one has AIDS (I think) that ended with a great parody of that cliche and while i can't remember all of it I do remember the last line of it was "boy wanders off into the distance holding other boy's shoe".

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

No one EVER has to plan funerals. They just happen.

Someone dies, be it a tragic accident or a long illness. The next scene is always people standing around the coffin for graveside services.

Most of the time, of course, it's raining.

She's up there with the "plain" girl who gets the man of her dreams after a makeover.

The stupid girl with boobs so much bigger than her mental capacity, running from the killer, yet stopping every so often to look behind her and see if she still being chased.
She ALWAYS deserves to die.

And let's not forget the sensibly dressed virgin girl who always lives.
