Movies with great New Years Eve scenes.

We are hooking up a projector in the backyard, projecting onto the white wall at the back of the house and breaking open a bottle of bubbles-apart from the after-the-ball scene in "Showboat", are there any other memorable New Years Eve movies?

EDIT: The best is The Poseidon Adventure, by far. We used the "count down" from it one year for a video played at a party.

In Bender's Big Score, they flash back to New Year's Eve 2000 at the time when Fry is frozen.

Not that many people cared for it, but the ending in Ghostbusters II was either around or during New Year's Eve.

It's only a short dream sequence - and never 'officially' designated as a New Year's Eve scenario (although, it's implied) - but my vote is for Goldie Hawn in OVERBOARD, blowing falling confetti out of her over-sized fake eyelashes and mouth.

Someone Like You with Hugh Jackman and Ashley Judd. Scene was heartbreaking and Hugh looked yummy, big shocker.
