It's going to be funny for teens and adults. Not so much for kids. They're going to have very adult jokes. i.e. J-Lo's marriage and Manolo Blahnik's. I hope they include a Wicked reference in there. Miss Piggy plays FOUR witches though like in the original. Can't wait to see that.

I don't think that Baum minds that his story still lives today in many different versions and adaptations.
The Wizard of Oz will always live on.
