I got this in a ne-mail and thought it was neat. I didn't answer it correctly!

Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick question. It is as it reads. No one I know has gotten it right.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met this guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be, that she fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him. A few days later she killed her sister.

Question: What is her motive for killing her sister? [Give this some thought before you answer} Scroll down . . . .

Answer: She was hoping the guy would appear at the funeral again. If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to test if one has the same mentality as a killer. Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly.

If you didn't answer the question correctly, good for you.

Yay!! I'm not a psychopath. I feel better now.

Why do we play with fire? Why do we run our fingers through the flame? Why do we leave our hands on the stove, although we know we're in for some pain? -tick...tick...BOOM!

I take it my complete and utter puzzlement at that answer is a good thing.

The only story I could come up with was that the man was her long-lost father and her sister knew about it and didn't tell her. I wasn't sure why that would make her angry enough to kill her though. I'm with Plum, I was seriously confused by the answer.

But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)

haha. Watch out mabel...
No, but it makes sense, doesn't it? The answer was just the first thing that popped into my head. It's the only logical explanation. I don't see why it makes me a serial killer because I thought of it.

I don't think I get it...am I just not reading it correctly? "She was hoping they guy would appear at the funeral again??" Am I just having a dense moment?

She met him at her mom's funeral. She didn't know anything about him at all, just the fact that he came to the funeral. A funeral of another family member would be her best chance of seeing him again.

Wow, interesting.

I thought it was her father and she killed her sister so that they could run off and be together (ew) w/o any strings. So what does that answer say about me? ha.

Wow Madame may that makes you some kind of ultra sociopath like Jim Jones or something. re: Murder Mystery! jk
I was totally confused by trying to think of it like a logic puzzle, I was like mom=dead sister=dead person/man, ect. needless to say it went nowhere and I went with the time traveling, killed sister by hooking up with father in the past and making her never exist route. Convoluted: Yes! Sociopathic: well maybe, but not this time.

I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

I thought the man was the priest, and that's why she didn't ask for him number. I figured that she killed her sister so that she could hit confession or something. I'm a sick freak.

I guessed her sister was a twin and the guy didn't know it so he ended up with her sister. I guess I think more like a soap star than anything.

I'm kinda sad I'm not a psycopath.
