I am currently in Cincinnati. Yesterday I spent the day at Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. What a beautiful campus! It is definitely an option.
I sat in on a lighting class. Intro to stage lighting. The class is basically for actors. The professor was very nice. Sean Savoie. They were in the lighting lab. I knew everything that he was reviewing, lol. They were learning about the names of fixtures and everything. Then we went to the lighting work room. This morning the class had load-in for Elizabeth I.
Afterwards, Sean took me to the studio theatre, where they were having a presentation called BAM. It was the final projects of students in the Lighting Tech/Programming class. All intelligent lights choreographed to music. VERY COOL. I talked with the school's master electrician after the presentation.
SUNY Purchase is May 2nd.
I miss you guys!
Off to the zoo...Little Shop is tonight.
Sounds like it went well; glad to hear it! See you soon.
yay! Im glad you had fun, BT11!
I was lookin at CCM, but have decided against it...I think it'd be a waste of time and money to audition. They accept THE best of the best, so the competition would be fierce...oh well!
Miss you too!

The zoo was fun.
I am off to get ready for LSOH.
BT11- I wouldn't even bother with Purchase.
I went and there is this horrible vibe among the students (really hard to explain but really noticeable)
