The show will air on Sunday in NYC on Channel 13 around 8:30 until probably midnight when you factor in those annoying pledge breaks. :)

Even though they were not well received upon first airing, BELLE OF 14TH STREET and BS AND OTHER MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS have a lot to offer. Especially since they don't make specials like these anymore.

our box set arrived a few days ago. it's supposed to be a xmas present, so i'm trying really hard to keep it under the bed without watching it until then!

What is amazing is Lover Come Back To Me is an alternate take, not the version that originally aired or released on VHS and laserdisc.

I bought the box set (45 bucks at Tower) and have thoroughly enjoyed watching the specials. Whatever parody of herself she has become today, She was truly a spectacular one of a kind talent when she first emerged and thankfully we have the specials to remind us that no we weren't crazy.
