Since I posted this thread three months ago, Linda McMahon got the GOP nod in the primary (no surprise there) to run against Blumenthal (uncontested, no primary).

I decided to put my money where my mouth is, made a donation to Dick's campaign, plus volunteered my services and I'm actually doing some canvassing for him this weekend.

Ironically, one of the first public statements McMahon made after winning the primary was she hoped the Dems would not resort to mudslinging. Why Linda? Is mudslinging restricted just to you? Her plan to smear Blumenthal backfired soooo completely.

My prediction is Dick will get 70% of the vote in November, and Linda 30% when the dust settles. My husband said if she gets 40% it will be huge for her.

As for those videos...yeah Connecticut wants someone like that in congress, we don't take the senate seriously.... NOT.
