NYC Trip This Week!

Hey guys! Im coming to NYC on tuesday- friday. Just found out today. It's my christmas present from my parents. So, Im staying with my friend that goes to NYU.....but she has exams.. So... Gotta find some stuff to do.. and I want to do student rush/discount stuff. Any suggestions for stuff to do and for student rush/getting cheap tix?

check at playbill.com they have a list of shows and their rush and standing room polcies. also u can try some lotteries.

Get the December issue of City Info. There is a great section by Broadway.com
Go to Chinatown for Dim Sum
Joe's Shanghai.

Cathy Rigby is on the cover.
Have fun. NYC is the greatest place to visit in the WORLD.

Try and see The Color Purple and Jersey Boys. I also loved, In The Continuum. I adored Sweeney Todd, I loved the entire cast but LuPone stood out!

Get the Decemember issue of City Info. There is a great section by Broadway.com
Go to Chinatown for Dim Sum
Joe's Shanghai.
Go to Wicked and Spelling Bee.
Make sure to get the Dec issue of City Info.

its not my first trip to NY...should have clarified that... ive been a bunch.. but ive always gone with my family and had tickets beforehand...thanks for the suggestions though, guys!
