Need advice on selling iPods

I'm trying to sell two iPod nanos that I have, and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a procedure that I can use to take the music and information off of them?

When your iPod is plugged into your computer, there's a button in iTunes that says "Click to restore to factory settings." You're supposed to use it if your iPod is not working right, but it's also an easy way to wipe it clean and start over.
