I have noticed that I was always waiting for a long time for new releases. I e mailed and bitched and have not had a problem since.

I have been doing it for years (before they did unlimited rentals - back then you could have them out for a week at a time and it was a per disc rental). In the 5+ years, there was a time I had a problem of them not receiving discs I shipped. I went to a focus group they had here in the city about 2 years ago and mentioned that - they said that their feeling is that customers aren't out to cheat them, and honestly believe that discs break or get lost in the mail. That is not to say that they are total pushovers - if it continually happens, they may want to mail to a different address, etc.

I used to do 8 rentals at a time, but when it went from $35 to $50 a month I cut down to 3 which is the perfect size for me (with Tivo I was never watching them all anyway). I have found that with 3 rentals you can not have more than 500 movies in your queue.
